Once your order is placed, our small team in San Antonio lovingly prepares it for dispatch.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking notification once your package is on its way.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer two clear shipping options to suit your needs, balancing speed, cost, and reliability. All delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment.
Carrier: DHL or FedEx
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Cost: A flat fee of $12.95 applies to all orders.
Ideal for: Parents who want a balance of speed and reliability with full tracking visibility.
Carrier: EMS (Economical Mail Service)
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.
Ideal for: Planning ahead for your baby’s essentials, such as bedding sets, baby nests, or larger orders, without any shipping cost.
Please Note: While we ship globally, we are currently unable to deliver to a few specific remote regions and parts of Asia. If your region is affected, our checkout system will notify you.
After Your Order Ships
