What is the philosophy behind Camcam Copenhagen products?
Inspired by Copenhagen’s simplicity and attention to detail, we design products that create serene, happy spaces for babies and children. Our focus is on thoughtful design, organic materials (like GOTS-certified cotton), and practical functionality—from cozy Baby Nests and Bedding sets to playful Activity Toys and practical Changing accessories.
Are your products safe and certified?
Absolutely. Safety and well-being are at our core. We meticulously select materials, such as organic cotton, and many of our bedding items are GOTS-certified. All products are designed to meet strict safety standards for your peace of mind.
What age range are your products suitable for?
Our range caters from newborn to junior years. We offer items for newborns (Baby Nests, Bibs, Changing Mats), infants and toddlers (Activity Toys, Bedding – Baby, Bathrobes), and older children (Bedding – Junior, Bed Canopies). Please check individual product descriptions for specific age recommendations.
Ordering, Payment & Account
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to get them to you sooner. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been prepared for dispatch.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and saves your details for future purchases.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to our family of conscious parents! However, we are currently unable to deliver to a few specific remote regions and parts of Asia. Our checkout system will automatically notify you if your address is in an undeliverable area.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two transparent options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing). Fully tracked.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery is 15-25 business days after dispatch. Also tracked.

How long does order processing take?
Our small team lovingly prepares each order within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation and tracking notification once it’s on its way.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Carrier estimates are generally reliable, but occasional delays can happen due to customs or logistics. If your tracking seems stalled for an extended period, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you and your baby to be completely happy. You may return items in new, unused condition within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Please contact us for exchange options. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability while processing your return for a refund.
