We are delighted to ship our products worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Every order is handled with love and attention in our San Antonio studio.

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

If an item isn’t perfect for your needs, we’re here to help. Our policy is designed to be clear and compassionate.

General Policy: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our caring team at [email protected]. To ensure we have all necessary details, please use the request template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending the item back to our San Antonio studio.
  3. Ship Your Return: Please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will gently inspect the item(s). Upon approval, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The funds will be issued back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please note: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all families, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beauty & Makeup Purses: Due to their personal nature and hygiene considerations.
  • Bibs & Changing Mats/Covers/Pads: For clear hygiene and sanitary reasons.
  • Personalized or Custom-made Items.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, missing tags, or show signs of use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
