• We strive to represent product colors and details accurately on our website, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings.
• All product descriptions are provided in good faith but do not constitute a guarantee of specific results or suitability for an individual purpose beyond their designed use.
• Certain items are final sale and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons: Beauty & Makeup Purses, Bibs, Changing Mats, Changing pads and covers. Personalized items are also final sale.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline it for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payment:

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
• Your payment card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
• We are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges your bank may apply.

Shipping:

• Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order with care.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Estimated delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Shipping Regions: We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
• You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Eligibility: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approved return receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items: As listed in Section 3 above.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately for a prepaid return label and expedited resolution.
